1. Agreement to terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of the LGSI Framework website, the Rapid Response Engine™, and all related services ("Services"). By accessing our website, booking a Response Audit, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and LGSI Framework ("Company," "we," "us").
2. Description of services
LGSI Framework provides the Rapid Response Engine™ — an AI-powered lead capture and response system designed for residential and commercial cleaning companies, including:
- Instant Lead Intercept: AI voice agent answering phone calls, web form submissions, Google LSA inquiries, Thumbtack, and marketplace leads in under 10 seconds, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- AI Qualification & Smart Triage: Automated screening for job type, urgency, location, frequency, and dispatch eligibility before transfer to your team.
- Auto-Reengagement Loop: 24-hour SMS and email follow-up sequences for missed calls, voicemails, and delayed responses to recover otherwise lost jobs.
- Truth Bomb Dashboard: Live performance analytics showing response times, missed-call recovery, jobs captured, and ROI reporting.
- CRM Integration: Connections with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, QuoteIQ, Jobber, and other compatible platforms.
- Implementation & Training: Done-for-you AI agent configuration, custom script training, and ongoing optimization.
3. SMS and automated communications — A2P compliance
SMS programme details:
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your configured workflows and lead volume.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
- For help, reply HELP or contact us at info@lgsiframework.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, service details, and required platform access (CRM, phone systems, lead sources)
- Maintain consistent inbound lead volume (ad spend, LSA subscriptions, marketplace listings, etc.) as needed to evaluate results
- Keep all automations and AI agents active as configured during your service term
- Respond to LGSI Framework within 24 hours for configuration check-ins and optimization requests
- Ensure field teams are available to receive qualified transfers during stated availability windows
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state-level consumer protection statutes
5. Data ownership
You retain full ownership of your business data and all lead data generated through the Rapid Response Engine™. LGSI Framework acts as a data processor on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
6. Intellectual property
All intellectual property in the Rapid Response Engine™ — including workflow designs, AI configurations, prompt libraries, automation sequences, the Truth Bomb Dashboard, and underlying methodologies — is and remains the exclusive property of LGSI Framework. Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these assets during the service term.
7. Fees and payment
Fees, billing frequency, setup costs, and any applicable minimum service terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your service agreement or required by law.
8. Performance and guarantees
Any performance guarantees, response time commitments, or refund provisions are outlined in your individual service agreement. LGSI Framework makes no representations or warranties regarding specific business outcomes beyond those explicitly written in that agreement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LGSI Framework shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or loss of data. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by Client in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of written notice. Termination obligations and transition assistance are outlined in your individual service agreement.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Travis County, Texas, and both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Changes to these terms
LGSI Framework reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
